The Balboa Pier and beach is located across the street (3 minute walk). Also located a 3 minute walk away--the Fun Zone, Balboa Peninsula Park, fire pits, restaurants, shops, arcades, ferry, jet ski rentals and The Catalina Flyer. Gourmet kitchen includes state of the art stainless steel Thermador Professional appliances. LaCantina folding glass doors enable seamless indoor and outdoor living. Enjoy the private extended patio / living space, fireplace, fire pit, BBQ, YouTube TV. Ultra-clean with luxury furnishings, air conditioning/heating, washer/dryer and garage parking to support up to 3 vehicles in the garage--tandem (depending on size of the vehicles). Dock slips are not included in rental; however, the a Duffy rental with the property can be arranged.
