It sits on over an acre, flanked by large Live Oak trees and nestled within a gorgeous little private nursery. Conveniently located right off Market Street, with privacy gates and very spacious parking. Cottage also features large open ceilings showcasing amazing old rough cut wood trust, along with new flooring, kitchen and bath appliances. Decor features several local artisans and a nice array of hand selected vintage items. It also Includes a spacious front porch (with rockers :) and a nice paver patio out back. The backyard incorporates a large secured fenced area, so let the puppies play...
