Why they chose this property

We love the extreme quiet and peaceful area the home is in. From our front porch you have landscape views of the ocean on a clear day...looking at South Point and out to the ocean beyond.
The neighborhood is on agricultural land, and is removed from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Situated at 3600' elevation (in the clouds), in the largest subdivision in the world on the slopes of the largest Volcano (Mauna Loa) in the world!

There are no sidewalks or streetlights, and given the elevation it is not recommended to stray too far from the home on foot.
