Welcome to our 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home on the edge of Mt. Sequoyah in Fayetteville,
Arkansas. Soak in the views of Mt. Sequoyah and take advantage of our amenities for a
wonderful retreat.

The Space:
This home has 3 bedrooms with 2 master bedrooms having connected bathrooms. The
open-concept living area flows into the gourmet kitchen. The art throughout the house features
Northwest Arkansas local artists like GoochDoods, Melspace Creative, Riley Art Glass
Company, and Vincent Frimpong.

Entertainment: A Sonos speaker system connects to 5 different spots around the home, and a
vintage vinyl record player sets the mood for your stay. For those who game, there’s a
Playstation 3 set up in the living area.

Office: Our home office space has a 5K monitor display, ergonomic desk chair, and an
adjustable standing desk to enhance your work-from-home experience.

Scenic views: Two front patios provide a perfect view of downtown Fayetteville. The backyard
deck provides a private area for soaking in the beauty of Mt. Sequoyah or open-air dining.

Local attractions: Explore Downtown Fayetteville’s diverse dining, shops, and live
entertainment. Local favorites like the historic Old Main building and Dickson Street are just a
short drive away!

Please note: There are active security cameras at entrances to the front door, back door, and
garage for guest safety and home security. There are no cameras or recording devices inside
the home.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home. On the day of check-in, our system will generate a
code to access the home for the smart lock on the front door

Amazing trip

Clean house with stainless pots in pans that we used to cook multiple dinners with. Went for a motorcycle trip and it was more than accommodating.

Fabulous House!

The house is amazing. It was everything described and beautifully decorated. We stayed for my granddaughters graduation and it was perfect for entertaining our extended family and friends during the weekend. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and we felt like we were in a treehouse with deer coming up to the house. We had the best time!

Very impressive home, modern decor, very clean, spacious. We loved how the house was decorated and bedrooms were very nice. The kitchen was large with new appliances. Lots of space for entertaining. Enjoyed the outdoor spaces as well. There were deer in the yard every day.

Perfect places

Everything is perfect about this place. We have stayed here two times now and both times the linens had stains and dog hair on them. When I brought it to the property manager’s attention their first response was “bummer”. That was not satisfactory and after sending photos they knocked a little off of the cleaning fee. It’s a pretty expensive rental to not have the basics of clean linens and decent customer service. I hope they correct this because it’s otherwise a great place to stay.
