Brand New Cabin with Hot Tub-Walk to Bathhouse Row "The Cuckoo's Nest"

Introducing our newest cabin "The Cuckoo's Nest" It's located on Park Avenue in Uptown just a 5 minute walk to Bathhouse Row, the Hot Springs Convention Center and all the cool restaurants, bars, shops & entertainment Downtown Hot Springs has to offer. This new Hip Cabin is smack-dab in the center of everything Hot Springs is known for. Oaklawn Horse Track & Casino is just 2 miles down the road and within 5 miles of this cool crib you can be at one of several beautiful lakes, hiking trails, Magic Springs Amusement & Water Park, Garvin Woodland Gardens, Hot Springs Off Road Park, golf courses, antiquing or just relax and take in the beautiful Ouachita Mountains.
This cabin was completed in late September 2025 and is located next to one of our sister properties "The Love Nest" and directly across the street from Golden Raised Donut Shop, a local favorite! When you arrive at the Cuckoo's Nest you will love the private parking pad located directly in front of the cabin. This makes check-in and check-out a breeze!
The cabin opens to a stunning open floor plan with 20 foot sloped ceilings complete with gorgeous chandeliers, tongue & groove knotty pine as far as the eye can see and you can't help but notice our 5 foot birdcage/nightlight featuring the one and only Jack Nicholson. He is there to ensure you have a great time!
The great room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A super-comfy loveseat with ottomans, kick back and relax, you're on vacation! A HUGE 85 inch smart tv for your viewing pleasure. A fully equipped kitchen with beautiful quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinets & drawers to store all your goodies.
The spacious bathroom features a glass enclosed ceramic tile shower, toilet & vanity stocked with towels, hand towels, washcloths & make-up removers. It's just as cute as can be!
Step into the master bedroom and you will find a luxurious king bed with built-in drawers for your clothes and a couple of night stands plus a full length mirror as well as a 42 inch smart tv. It's really all you need. There is an on-suite laundry room with a stack washer/dryer and an iron & ironing board in case you need it.

Last but certainly not least, step out of your master suite onto a private covered patio where you can indulge in your very own hot tub! It's sure to be a perfect way to relax & unwind after a fun filled day of exploring our beautiful little vacation town of Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Everything was great. Great location, right down the road from everything. Cabin was very clean, easy to find everything. Water was always hot and the hot tub was perfect. I would 100% stay here again. Host always got back to us quick with any questions we had and was very good to work with.

Everything was brand new ! Sooo clean and comfortable. The location was perfect just 3 minutes to bath house row! We used the hot tub everyday! Great labeling of every light switch! The theme and pictures were a big hit!!

The place was great, new, and clean. However we were disappointed with the hot tub. It was cold the first evening when we tried to use it and turned it on high so it would be ready to use the next day after hiking. Came back from hiking and there was a raccoon camped out under the steps of the hot tub. The owner was very responsive and had someone come to the property to take care of the raccoon while we were at dinner. Came back from dinner and thinking we would get to enjoy the hot tub. The smell of chlorine hit us when we took off the cover and when we got in it burned our noses and had to immediately get right back out. The hot tub was one of the main reasons I chose this property and unfortunately we didn’t even get to enjoy it.

THIS WAS THE BEST couples get away stay we have ever had ! It was a great location. The property was gorgeous! ((Just wished we had 2 more towels for the bathroom)) Just a walk away or an uber away from every spot we wanted to hit! The host was amazing. She gave me her cell # and provided great advice and Info on local favorite spots and places to visit! We will be back!

We are Jim & Aundrea Sparks. We lived in Hot Springs for 17 years and we own 2 other cabins in Hot Springs as well as 2 Beachfront Condos in Panama City Beach, Florida where we currently live. Our cleaner's name is Sheryl and she takes great care of all 3 of our properties with great care so no worries about arriving to a clean, comfortable and cozy cabin.

Why they chose this property

We built "The Love Nest", a sister cabin located right next door back in 2021 and we have had such great feedback on it that we decided to build another. The neighborhood is referred to as Uptown and it is undergoing a revival. Our properties are the newest builds in more than 30 years and we couldn't be more proud to lead the charge!
