Charming 1-bedroom COZY COTTAGE on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs AR
Your cozy getaway awaits in Hot Springs at this enchanting cottage on Lake Hamilton. This charming retreat features 1 bedroom with a king bed, a cozy living room with a queen sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Enjoy modern amenities like WiFi, and a washer/dryer during your stay. Beautiful lakeview deck for enjoying coffee. Bring your swim suits and floaties for a cannonball off the dock! Kickback, relax, and enjoy the amenities of being on the water.
Our Cottage is considered a Detached Condo. The entire property belongs to all 4 homes in this complex. To get to the dock, walk down our deck steps across the drive and down the stepping stones to the dock. There are chairs, tables and a fire pit for you to share or use yourself. First come first serve. There is a boat slip and tie up area. Also First come First serve.
Because we are in a Cove bring your paddle boards, floats, fishing poles etc. and enjoy your time on the water. Have a Great Visit!!

We are from Little Rock Arkansas and love Hot Springs. We have 3 grown children and one 2 year old granddaughter. We love being on the water and relaxing at the Lake and want to share this awesome experience with others.
Why they chose this property
We love this quiet neighborhood and the owners of these homes. They are each individual in their own way!! Everyone gets along and takes care of their property. This is also a POA and we all share the land, dock and amenities around the water, such as Chairs, tables, fire pit etc. Enjoy sitting on our dock and looking at the beautiful view!!
What makes this property unique
Privacy and updates with all the amenities of Home!! The deck looking out at the water and the lights so you can enjoy sitting outside in the evening. Also Sharing this property with 3 other homes and 3 other owners that are all trying to make your stay more comfortable and relaxing.
