Newly Renovated!-3 Bed Family-Friendly by Pier and beach Walk / Bike Everywhere!

The second floor condo is newly renovated as of March 2021 that includes all new furniture, flooring, Double Vanity in the master bath and new vanity in the hall bath. Each bedroom has it's own television with either cable or smart tv capabilities.

Harbor Oaks is a gated community located in the heart of St Simon's Island. Pier Village, beach access, multiple parks and all sorts of activities are only a short walk away. Enjoy your stay without worrying with parking or traffic.

The Harbor Oaks community itself features am outdoor pool, scenic lagoon, lake, tennis courts, and covered private parking. The condo has an ideal location with a view of the lagoon and pool area from the balcony. Pool access is close but far away enough that pool noise wont be a problem.

The living room features 51 inch TV with cable. The master bedroom and the twin bedroom both feature new LCD TV's as well. The 2nd king bedroom has a smart TV where you can enjoy Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, or other streaming apps.

Perfect for our Island Getaway!

We were fortunate to find Katie’s property for the 4th of July. This property is beautiful with island charm, located on the 2nd floor of Harbour Oaks neighborhood. The property has everything you need and has a perfect location for pool days. Communication from the property owner (Katie) was fantastic and she had a quick and easy list of items for checkout. We had a fantastic getaway and hope that we get the opportunity to return.

This is a terrific property. The bedrooms are all comfortable the living areas are perfect for sitting around and watching movies- all the rooms have TVs if someone wants to watch something else. The kitchen has got all the things you need to cook a nice meal. The fridge makes lots of ice and the dining room is perfect for a family meal. The apartment is located in a very nice development with the pool right across the way. There is covered parking for one vehicle. The beach and main strip of town are very close.
