Welcome to Sea Oats - where you can watch the sunrise on the beach every morning. This centrally located space is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, with large patio where you can enjoy the pool, ocean view, sunrise, and rocket launches. This lovely, quiet, ocean side condo with direct, private beach access has a large heated swimming pool, clubhouse, outside shower, and convenient parking w/additional spaces for guests. Conveniently located near shopping and dining.

Parking Requirement:

The HOA at Sea Oats requires all guests to complete a Rental Information Form prior to arrival to issue parking passes. This helps ensure parking is reserved for residents and guests only.

Guests will receive two parking passes in the unit for use during their stay. After booking, you will be asked to provide basic information, including guest names and vehicle details (up to 2 vehicles).

*Note: There is an 8% penalty for cancellation at any time.

Some issues

Pros: Great location- Front yard for kids-short walk to the beach, We felt safe with their security codes. It is a large, beautiful condo with a lot of storage space and almost everything you would need. Huge TV. The washer, dryer, refrigerator and microwave worked well. Large cement patio.Cons: Front door lock not explained to us until we were locked out one day. Sliding doors and front doors were very dirty when we got there (Fl. silt covers them within 2 months). One of the main sliders had been damaged inside so we kept the blinds closed on that side. The coffee pot was very rusted. We didn't use it. The stove is very hard to regulate, especially the oven which was covered with aluminum foil. The garbage disposal needed replacing while we were there. Some of the outside furniture is damaged, and has black rubber straps. The lamp on the right of the tv and a vase were broken. Furniture was beautiful but uncomfortable for us-we are older.

Thanks for the visit ! All you had to do is let us know the windows needed attention or anything in the kitchen and it would have been replaced immed -this is a brand new gorgeous condo w new furnishings right on the ocean with a smart lock -we always want everyone to be happy and will do whatever it takes to assist
