Welcome to our conveniently located luxury home! Smack dab in the middle of West Sedona, everything important and fun is always within reach. New 2023 built home with all the amenities you'd need to have the ideal Sedona getaway. Plus a hot tub! Just 3-4 blocks from premier restaurants, grocery stores, gas station, and more!

2 bed 2 bath stylish modern home with 2nd story views, lots of space, and a brand new hot tub! Kitchen is fully equipped with anything you need to make a fantastic meal for friends & family. High quality Central AC system to get through those scorching summer days!

Our guests have access to the entire home and all the amenities it includes. Two king beds and two pull out queen couches, one in the living room and one in the upstairs loft. We have a washer-dryer, propane grill, access to quality wifi, multiple large flatscreen TV's, and an EV charger port in the garage.

-There is an attached apartment up the stairs on the left side of the property. This is a separate short term rental, and is not open to guests who book this listing. The apartment is not connected and cannot be entered from the other listing. Please respect neighboring guests privacy!
