We have no complaints about this beach rental. This was in a great location with a clean space. The smell of clean welcomed us right through the front door. The views were perfect and we saw dolphins from our porch about 4 mornings of our stay.

Wonderful Spring Break

This is in a great location, it was a clean condo, a nice warm pool and everything we needed! We will be back soon. No complaints except for the folding door in the master bedroom, it wouldn’t stay open long enough.

2 adult women. Beach close view perfect but next time we would want 2 bedroom so someone is sleeping in the hall in a bunk bed. The bunk was not comfy and too hard

Great ocean view!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Summerspell #308. The condo was beautiful and well appointed. The only downside is there is no elevator so carrying luggage and groceries up and down three flights of steps was a little difficult. The beach was beautiful as always and the crowds were minimal since we were there at the end of October.

Feeling of being home.

The condo was very clean, charming and welcoming. The view of the beach from our balcony was the best surprise of all. We would definitely recommend it and if we travel again, we will request that unit. Thank you so much.

Nice place with a lovely balcony. Heated Pool. Easy access to the beach. Loved the joint standard Coffee Maker and K Cup set up. We definitely would stay here again. The only downfall was no curtains in the main bedroom. The blinds didn't block all of the light from the back hallway.

Very nice unit, clean well kept the view from the balcony was fantastic!

Rented this unit to evacuate from Hurricane Ida the daily rate was very affordable especially since we had to stay another day and we thank you for that as this was an unexpected expense. Even though we were not able to go to the beach due to rain and double red flags we were safe. The rental process was very easy. Will definitely rent this until again.

Miramar Beach

The property was nice, we were booked into a smaller facility and 30 minutes before we were to arrive we were called and told our condo didn’t have any hot water and they would try to find another one for us. About an hour later they called an found one in a much large faculty. The condo was very nice and our stay was good.

Wonderful stay!

My daughter & I celebrated her college graduation with a Florida trip. We spent the 3rd week in October. The location is perfect. The beach is great. The condo was clean and well-stocked. It is exactly as pictured. We did find the pull-out couch quite uncomfortable. It's really not suitable for an adult. Guests who need that extra bed may want to keep that in mind. We would highly recommend this condo. I hope to visit again!

Great location and affordability

Our family of 5 stayed at this condo during July 4 holiday. We typically rent 2-3 bedroom condos because our 3 children range in ages from 22 to 10. However, this condo was so much more affordable than the 2-3 bedroom condos and the location/proximity to the beach is fantastic. Our 2 girls took the bunk beds and our son used the sofa sleeper. It was quite cozy and not having individual bedrooms resulted in alot more quality time spent with each other. The condo was clean, plenty of towels, cutlery and dishes. The view and location are great. Lots of families and small children were in the complex, very family friendly. Value for the money can't be beat.
