WELCOME! Shady Acres is a newly constructed, fully appointed home, located in a private quiet setting in Anchor Point. There are two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, the other has 2 singles. There is a full bath and laundry. This home is minutes from the Beach Front, Ocean going fishing charters, river fishing options, and the golf course. Discover EXCELLENT coffee in the local shop midtown. We are located 20 minutes north of Homer, making easy access to many amenities. Pets are accepted on approval. Deck, BBQ and Fire Pit add to the charm of this lovely setting. Private small plane pilots, notice, Anchor Point has a small airstrip. This airstrip is within easy walking distance of the house. Many small touches make this an amazing place to stay. RV parking is available, a fee applies. Enjoy making your memories here!

A little bit of paradise.

We had to switch properties due to unforeseeable circumstances. But Connie was on the ball and got us an excellent property. The whole trip was relaxing and enjoyable. I will be doing it again.
