This brand new, whole-home rental is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation stay. Located near famous Anchor River fishing spots, and only a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Homer, local hiking trails, and the Homer Spit. This stay offers all the amenities of home in a quiet, private area. The host is a lifelong Homer local who is happy to answer any questions you may have about the area.

Plenty of room for boat/RV parking.

Groceries and gas are located 5 minutes away in Anchor Point.

Very clean and newly appointed property in a convenient location between Anchor Point and Homer. Owner was very accommodating and helped us kick off our stay with a Happy Birthday balloon for our grandson’s 3rd birthday. It helped us have a home base while we visited our off-grid family. This part of Alaska is so beautiful and we got to see plenty of moose, eagles, and other birds right at the VRBO. LOVED IT

Our hosts are fantastic! They communicate promptly, are so accommodating and hand made the cozy cabin a perfect getaway. The cozy cabin has so many small touches to make your stay comfortable. It smells amazing, has comfortable furnishings, bedding and towels. The shower had perfect water pressure and quality plumbing fixtures. The views of nature are throughout the entire home. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to use. We stayed for 3 nights but would have been comfortable staying even longer! The cabin is easy to find and parking is plentiful not to mention you could pull right up to the front door if you wanted. The cabin is brand new and so clean, fresh and relaxing. We highly recommend the cozy cabin!
