Pet Policy
We’re dog-friendly (max 2 dogs) and charge a $100 pet cleaning fee per reservation, invoiced and due within 2 weeks of arrival.

Unauthorized pets or violations of our dog-only policy will incur a $300 fine.

Important Policies
No Smoking: Strictly no smoking indoors. A $250 fine will apply.

Extended Stays: Reservations longer than 21 days will incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee, charged manually after booking.

Late Check-Outs: Unapproved late departures will result in a $50 fee.

Left Behind Items: We’ll return them for a $25 handling fee plus shipping.
