• Our goal is for you to feel at home and have a carefree vacation at Flying Squirrel Mountain Retreat. Therefore, you’ll find our cabin fully stocked with kitchens such as toilet paper, paper towels, hygiene products and so much more.
• You’ll find many little touches for an eco-friendly stay

• You’ll have access to the entire cabin with the exception of the owner’s closet
• There is ample parking for several cars in the driveway
• Check-in is a breeze with digital locks and while your custom door code provides safety
• Per our house rules, you will be required to sign a renter’s agreement at the time of booking.
• Also per our house rules, you will be required to schedule a $500 security deposit hold for the duration of your stay.
• There is no smoking or vaping in the cabin.
• For the safety and security of our guests and the neighborhood, there are two external security cameras facing outward from the front corner of the cabin.
• Safety is paramount to us! Therefore, we've thought of every detail so that you don't have to worry while on your vacation. You'll find things like flashlights, mini lanterns, first aid kits, fire extinguishers and emergency escape ladder all strategically placed should an emergency arise.

Amazing stay at flying Squirrel Mountain Retreat

Our group of 15, including 8 adults and 7 teenagers, had an absolutely fantastic stay at Flying Squirrel Mountain Retreat! This cabin exceeded all our expectations and provided us with an unforgettable mountain getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The cabin itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms were all impeccably furnished with comfortable beds, luxurious linens, and Smart TVs, ensuring that everyone had their own space to unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was the abundance of amenities available. The two hot tubs were a hit with both the adults and teenagers, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking. The game room was another favorite spot, offering hours of entertainment with shuffleboard, pool, poker, and arcade games. We also appreciated the well-appointed kitchen, which had everything we needed to prepare meals for our large group. The cabin's location was ideal, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to attractions like Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the National Park. Whenever I travel with my husband David and our 3 teenage boys, it's always an adventure, and we especially love when the great outdoors are involved. Mountains and water are my happy places, and the Great Smoky Mountains are at the top of my list. We've made lifelong memories during these adventurous vacations. Why they chose this property

The Smokies are our family's favorite vacation destination in the country. We've enjoyed family vacations in the Smokies since 2011. We've always enjoyed staying outside of town so that we can enjoy nature and the beauty of the mountains. Flying Squirrel Mountain Retreat is about 15-20 miles to nearly all the main attractions in the area whether it be in downtown Sevierville, Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The closest National Park trailhead is 11 miles away. We love the secluded location on the Eastern side (the adventure side) of the Smokies and hope you do too.
