To get to this space, you will walk up one flight of stairs and at the landing you will find two doors, one to each unit. This listing is to book them both at the same time so that you can have your entire family and friends in one space.

Both units are spacious with 12ft ceilings and great living rooms, dining areas, and kitchens. Plenty of comforts like coffee machines, tea kettles, new tvs. You will LOVE the balconies overlooking Front Street. Talk about just sitting back, relaxing, people watching, and being able to enjoy the bustle from above.

Awesome location if you are looking for something convenient to downtown. Rooms were perfect with that old Wilmington charm. Host was very responsive and made our stay very relaxing. Emanuela made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely put this on our “A” list of places to stay.

We loved this property and the convenient location! Everything was as described and close to the things we wanted to do. I will note that this is a bustling city location and the nightlife can go until 2am. If you are seeking solitude or quiet before the bars close, this might not be it. If you are a heavy sleeper, on a girls/guys trip, there for the nightlife, or just want to be close to it all with amazing accommodations, then this place is absolutely perfect. The host was super easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Perfect for hanging out!

Our stay was perfect. The place was huge!..gorgeous and clean. Fully stocked and can’t beat the location, people watching from the balconies was fantastic! We will be back.

We were in town for a girls trip and the house had everything we needed and is an excellent location for exploring Wilmington. We used the parking garage behind the building and just left the cars there as everything was easily walkable. The building is an older building and the apartments have a lot of character. They are also well appointed with essentials and fun extras. We loved the vinyl and the record player!The host communicated well and made everything very easy. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful! Comfortable! Clean! Well stocked! Perfect location! We were 7 women celebrating a milestone birthday and we could not have found a more perfect property! We rented both units. Large, uncluttered rooms. Comfortable beds. Comfortable seating. Kitchens had everything you could possibly need, along with more styles of coffee makers you could imagine. Large tables so that everyone could sit at the same table for meals and game playing. The sauna was an extra treat for some of us. Safe and easy place to go for long walks or shop if you prefer. We ate all our meals in, but could have easily walked to one of the many downtown restaurants. Our host was quick to reply to any of our various questions. We all agreed this was the best VRBO any of us have ever rented.
