Quiet area but house smelled
The area was quiet and relaxing but unfortunately the house smelled like animal urine. The carpet had several stains from urine. Thankfully the weather was good so we could keep the windows open, it helped but still smelled. The spa was nice but right near the spa was the septic tank. The covers were visible and had damage so you could smell the septic when trying to enjoy the spa

Don't expect the Hot Tub to work.
We stayed at this location due to the proximity to Wolf Creek and because they advertise a hot tub. Upon arrival, the hot tub would not turn on. I contacted the property manager and said they would keep us updated. I checked daily to see if there was anything being done about it and I was always given a "you will be notified as soon as there is an update". Also, when we arrived the kitchen counter was dirty and the fire alarm in the back area with the dryer was going off. The house also has a musky smell to it. If you are wanting to enjoy the hot tub after a long day of skiing, I would look somewhere else.

tucked away with great views, crazy roads and questionable neighborhood
This place is tucked away in a remote neighborhood on a hill, and the panoramic views are fantastic. My GPS took me through roads that would require an ATV of sorts to access. Thankfully, my Jeep is elevated. After a couple days, I found an alternate route that was less treacherous to navigate. Some of the surrounding homes are very nice, but others look pretty shady. If you're looking for a place that's tucked away with views, you'll like it. I wouldn't recommend driving a regular car though. It rained almost every day and the dirt roads got a little muddy. Make sure you have the right vehicle. I also wouldn't recommend this place if you're a single mom, unless you're bringing a large dog for protection.

Quiet Cabin with Nice New Hot Tub
This is an established older cabin located away from Main Street in South Fork. The property has a nice new hot tub. Bedrooms are very spacious. One bedroom has an extremely tall bed that really needs to have a bench or stepstool to be able to get in the bed. The other bedroom has a large king size bed, large closet, and plenty of space. The living room/dining room have everything you need. Our only complaints - the kitchen was not very clean, the refrigerator had a smell and the kitchen floor was sticky and dirty. The unit could’ve used some dusting. We liked the location and did find it very restful. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, bring basics like salt and pepper, garlic salt, and those sorts of things. There is nothing fancy about this property, but it is a good getaway. Our thought was that this is a fairly new rental and definitely a work in progress.
