Excellent

Excellent studio to stay at. The only thing is that it says that the couch is a bed and it is not. Thank goodness it was just my sister and I. There is only one bed and it’s a king size bed. Great location.

Great place. However, it states it sleeps 4, but does not. It has a king bed and a small sofa. The sofa does not pull out or fit a normal sized adult. To be accurate, it really only sleeps 2.

Overall a pleasant stay — the location was great and the property itself was in good shape. My only real issue was with the sleeping capacity listing. The property is listed as sleeping 4, but in reality it has 1 king bed and a small couch that is not a pullout and realistically could only accommodate a small child. If you're traveling as a couple, no problem at all. But if you're planning to bring a family or group of 4, just know the sleeping situation won't work as advertised. There really wouldn't be space for a blow up mattress either. Would recommend changing that in the listing to avoid surprises for future guests.
