Family owned condo steps from Chair #20. Price reduced for certain dates. Our family has enjoyed this location for the past 10 years. Complex has a recreation room with exercise room, hot tub and outdoor pool. Our condo is well appointed with a master bedroom with king bed, a second bedroom with 2 double beds, and a third bedroom with 4 twin beds (2 bunk beds). This condo is great for families in a quiet but perfect location. Includes indoor ski locker for storage of all your winter gear. Also includes one parking spot in garage and one outside.

Very spacious, well appointed and super convenient! My family and I loved the location easy ski in and out, hot tub/pool and gym in the building were a plus as well. Host super responsive and accommodating, looking forward to staying again!

Family Mountain Vacation

The property was beautiful and check in was easy aside from a small hiccup which we was easily resolved thanks to a quick response from the property manager. Amenities were great! Ski locker was super convenient and was just a 30 sec walk from the chairlift. Host graciously provided shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, dish soap and sponges which were all very useful and helped with convenience. My family had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

This was the first time I rented a place that was better than it looked and sounded online! Brett’s place is lovely, super clean, very well appointed with kitchen appliances and cooking tools, fluffy towels, quality bedding, tons of comfortable pillows and even cocktail mixing tools! Every bedroom has an en-suite bath, all pristine. The living room has a large comfortable sofa with a nice fireplace and large TV, great for hanging out. There is a large ski locker room with boot dryers and a little sitting area with fireplace and coffee! You walk right out that door and in two minutes you’re at the cascade lift. You also can ski back directly to the door to the ski locker making it super convenient. The building has this awesome hot tub that has a glass “garage door” that opens so that you feel you’re outside but it can close if the weather is inclement. There is a heated outdoor pool and a game room that we didn’t use but looked very nice. From the elegance, comfort and cleanliness of the condo to the amenities and ski-in ski-out location, this was a five star plus experience. The owner Brett was great and answered a million questions. I recommend this place highly and will 100% rent again the next time we go to Vail.

Our family is from Topeka, KS and have loved our place in Vail the past 10 years. We got tired of other companies renting our unit and not really proving an experience for the people that stayed there so we decided to do it ourselves. Our goal is for you to fall in love with Vail the way we did and experience all it has to offer.

Why they chose this property

Liftside at Cascade Village is a true gem of a location in Vail. During the heart of the ski season, there is no better lift to start the day. There is never a line and gets you access to the top of Lionshead in a matter of minutes. In the early season, you can get a short 5 minute ride to the base of Lionshead via shuttle or bus. Our complex has a bus stop directly in front that takes to the Village in under 8 minutes.

What makes this property unique

Literally ski-in/ski-out. There are very few units in Vail including in the village where you can ski straight to your door. A ski locker is less than 50 yards from Chair #20.
