This vacation home, located in the beautiful area of The Villages is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home that comfortably sleeps 6. Located in the Village of Ashland, the house is a quick 7 minute drive to Lake Sumter Landing Square, 13 minutes to Brownwood Paddock Square, and 15 minutes to Spanish Springs Town Square. Jasper Way is golf cart accessible (golf cart not included, but we can recommend great golf cart rental companies). A spacious, enjoyable, and well stocked home to enjoy the amazing golf, tennis, swimming, and social lifestyle that The Villages offers.

The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen smart TV, en suite bathroom with a walk in shower, and a walk in closet. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and flat screen smart TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The floor plan of the bedrooms allows for privacy with the primary bedroom being on one side of the house and guest rooms and guest bath on the other.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need to cook or bake throughout your stay. The living room features a large, comfortable sectional and smart TV to relax and unwind. The dining room seats 6 people. The private backyard features a screened in porch with a large table to sit, relax and enjoy a meal at. An outdoor seating area is also in the enclosed lanai to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. A grill is provided in the backyard.

Parking is available on site in the garage and driveway.

Please note the front door has security video surveillance to record for safety purposes. There is no surveillance or monitoring inside the home

Upon request we can obtain Guest IDs for registered guests. Guest IDs allow access to recreational facilities (shuffleboard, bocce, horseshoes, billiards) and recreational pools. You will need to provide the first and last name, address, and birth date for any guests over the age of 1 years old THREE DAYS PRIOR to checking in. If you book within 72 hours of your stay no passes may be issued. The Ashland Pool is 0.2 miles away and a 5 minute walk. The Churchill Recreation Center and Tennis Courts are 0.4 miles away or an 8 minute walk. Belmont Executive Golf Course is 1.2 miles away!

Set in a quiet neighborhood within a short distance to pool, park, restaurants and stores this home was perfect for our first visit to the Villages. Clean and with all necessary amenities we will definitely return.

Everything about my family’s stay in this home was easy and seamless! Quick responses to any questions that arise. The home is very clean and equipped with everything needed. It is in a great location just a short walk to the family pool and rec center as well as close to many stores and restaurants. Would highly recommend this home and would stay here again!

Perfect Family VRBO!

We travel a lot and use VRBO and this one was exceptional and honestly the perfect place for what we needed. The house in a perfect location for our trip to The Villages. It was super clean, with great furnishings, and supplied all the necessary amenities! We truly enjoyed everything about, especially the screened in lanai! The property manager, Chelsea, was very attentive and helpful as well! Thank you for a wonderful visit! We will encourage others to check out this rental as well!
