This 3BR 2BA golfer's paradise, in The Village of Pennecamp, will be just what you need to get away while enjoying the privacy of this sanctuary. Golf courses at every turn. Cruise on the golf cart to explore the nature trails, rec centers, pools and pickleball courts right at your fingertips. There are multiple squares nearby to take advantage of restaurants, shopping and nightly live music! There will be no regrets at the 19th Hole. Pet Friendly, with approval.

The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.


POLICIES:
- PETS: Pets ARE allowed, with approval. Please send a message prior to booking to confirm your pet's stay. There is an additional fee of $150 applied per approved pet. Please inquire with management prior to booking.

-Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)

GOLF CART DETAILS:
- Golf Cart Maintenance Fee is $100 at the time of booking.
- Use caution when using the golf cart. Must have valid driver's license to drive the golf cart.
- The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Liability Waiver form to drive, if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to fill out our online liability waiver form (which is sent you two weeks prior to booking). Upon submission, you will receive instructions with where the golf cart key is located within the home. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.
