Gorgeous Home on Sargent Beach & ICW! w/ Screen Porch & Hot Tub

Leave your worries behind and come enjoy some Island Time!

Located on the Intercoastal Waterway, the home also has access to Sargent Beach just steps away, across the street - this really makes the house the perfect location! You'll love the amazing views here.. At the back of the house, across the ICW is a wildlife refuge, making for fantastic nature watching. Barges go by, and you will frequently see dolphins playing in their wake! You'll enjoy watching the sun rise from the front patio with a cup of coffee, overlooking the ocean.. later on, relax on the back patio and watch the sun set over the ICW. The views here really are hard to beat!

Your sure to love the beautifully updated, open concept kitchen and living areas, as well as the oh so comfortable bedrooms! Each room has a smart TV, where you can log in to your own apps.

You can spend time fishing from the deck on the ICW, or walk across to the street to Sargent Beach to surf fish or just relax! Under the house is all screened in, with a hot tub! The screened patio really is a huge asset here on the coast to keep away those pesky bugs. There's even room to play a round of cornhole in the screened area.

The bedroom layout is as follows:

Bedroom #1: King bed with gulf view

Bedroom #2: King bed with ICW view

Bedroom #3: 2 twin beds

Bedroom #4: Ground level guest house with queen bed, and queen over queen bunk bed

The home is equipped with beach chairs, a beach cart, outdoor games and a second fridge on the ground level.

The kitchen has a drip coffee maker, blender, waffle maker, toaster, and all the essentials. Downstairs has a charcoal grill. Please use out from under the house!

There is a public boat ramp just down the road, if you want to bring your boat.

Great family time!

We loved the fishing and crabbing set up. It was so easy to enjoy the fishing, and we caught good fish and crabs. The lovely kitchen was well equipped. The hot tub was perfect. A nice cool breeze in the screened porch was so nice!

A wonderful vacation home!

Hands down the best beach house around

This place is absolutely stunning, clean, safe with easy access to the beach and sits right on the intercostal water way where you can sit and watch the barges go by day and night! The owners of the property thought of absolutely everything you might need down the the smallest items, Me and and my family will definitely be back some time this year.

Birthday family trip

Family birthday get together! It was awesome! Our son was down from the Navy so we all decided to make a beach trip before he went back. The house was very nice and clean! Very accommodating! Great location!!

Best of Both Worlds

Best of both worlds- calm intercoastal waters and waves of the Gulf. Our family had a grand time fishing our hearts out and relaxing. The home is so well decorated and very accomadating for guests. Very quiet and the locals are so friendly! We definitely want to stay again. Thank you Top Water!

The best location with great views front and back!

We love Sargent and this home was perfect for our family! The views were wonderful - the beautiful ocean in the front and the inter coastal waterway in the back, making it such a great location! We enjoyed watching the barges on the waterway & the birds. This home was light, airy, well decorated, & clean. The amenities were great! The owners have so many thoughtful things available for use. We will definitely return if we have the opportunity!

Awesome Experience

This property was amazing. We had our family of 10 and we had plenty of room and had a great time. We enjoyed fishing on the ICW at night. The house is exactly as described. The house is so cute and the kitchen was fully stocked. This is a great location because you can see the barges coming down the ICW and then look out the other side of the house and see the gulf. It was very relaxing to just sit and enjoy the views.

Smell & Fish Cleaning Area

The house smelled like dogs. There was not a fish cleaning table are an area outside to clean the fish close to water are a water hose. The AC in the kitchen leaked one night and messed up a lot of our stuff we had brought. The management did get a maintenance person over to fix in a hurry but what a mess late at night.

Wonderful getaway!

This house is by far the most fully stocked and accommodating short term rental we have ever stayed at. They have everything you need for your stay. The house was super clean and decor is nice. The hot tub was a nice extra too. Fishing right off the back dock and walking to the beach was so convenient. Sargent is our happy place and we hope to stay at this house next time we come!

We enjoyed our stay!

We loved this house! The interior is beautifully decorated. Plenty of room for 8 adults, 1 kid and 2 small dogs. The dock is great. We spent most of our time out there watching the barges go by and fishing. We caught 6 bullreds! Loved being able to watch the waves from the front porch or the ICW from the back. Definitely recommend this house!
