Bring your boat, your fishing gear, your family and friends to this amazing Sargent coastal front property. Easy access to public boat ramp across the Intracoastal. Relax and enjoy the breathtaking porch view. Large partially shaded deck is great for sipping coffee in the morning and enjoying the sunrise or eating dinner and taking in a stunning sunset. Property is complete with your own private pier and 1000 watt green fishing lights!
