Quite and peaceful

Little get away trip for my wife and I for four days and we enjoyed every second of it here. Very quiet neighborhood and the house itself was perfect. The beds were comfy, bathrooms were very nice (especially in the master bedroom) and the kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely recommending this place to anyone and everyone

Quiet, Restful - Convenient

We loved this place - it was perfect for us and our 2 grown adult children. We enjoyed each bedroom having their own bathroom. We had quiet time together and only about a block to the Ashley River. Yet, it was super easy and convenient to get to downtown Charleston and to Patriot Point and Folly Beach. We would definitely go there again.

Great base for wedding

The house was perfect for 3 adult couples attending a family wedding! Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could want. About 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston, and 15 from the airport. The living room was a perfect area for all of us to chat and catch-up, while the separate bedrooms:bathrooms provided plenty of privacy. It was a lovely visit!!

Charleston Charm

House is clean and simple, just what we like. Having six adults, each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom privacy. Everyone mentioned how comfortable the beds were! Living room area was quaint, yet perfect for game night together. Kitchen was well equipped with amenities for meal prep. Location to downtown area for our attendance to the SEWE weekend events and dinner reservations was accommodating and worked great!

Quiet and Convenient

The home is great and perfectly laid out. It was clean and it was convenient to everything we wanted to do. We had easy access to Charleston, the beaches and restaurants. Also, the neighborhood was quiet and not intrusive. The property managers provided quick responses when it was necessary. My wife and I found the property to be quite relaxing. My wife and I look forward to staying there again when we return to the Charleston area.

Cute house - highly recommend!

We stayed at this home for a few days after spending a week at Hilton Head. This was a perfect end to our December trip to South Carolina. Neighborhood is a mix of small to large homes and very quiet. The house was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and cooking utensils, plus seasonings in cabinet and condiments in the fridge. The location was easily accessible to the highway and areas we wanted to see. It's about 12 minutes from the airport and about a 20 minute drive the historical area of Charleston. The washer/dryer were also handy. Checkin and out were super simple. I highly recommend this house if you're in the Charleston area!

Property was great as a unit but, had I known it was situated under high power lines, I would have looked elsewhere. In addition, they're in the process of building a new home next door and the insulation people started their machines at 8 AM and they ran until the quit each day.ran until they

Nice Place and Convenient to the Performing Arts Center

Overall, a nice place for two to three couples. Pros - A quiet residential neighborhood. The house was clean with comfortable furniture and bedding, adequate kitchen utensils and supplies. Good A/C, plenty of water pressure and hot water for showers. Great location for Tanger Outlets and Walmart/Sam's Club. Food Lion was just 10 minutes away. Cons - No cable TV, the dining table is quite small with only 4 chairs, only one hair dryer in the home, limited storage space in bathroom vanities. Downtown Charleston was about 20-30 minutes away, depending on traffic and parking, but not a big negative. Note - There is a flight of stairs from the ground to the front door, and two of the three bedrooms are upstairs from the main level.
