Gillian`s Room is a unique, dog friendly cottage that offers beautiful views, an outdoor patio, bikes and more! Enjoy being minutes from the beach, downtown Summerland, Montecito, Santa Barbara, Carpinteria and the many other attractions right at your fingertips!



The kitchenette features a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and Keurig (but no stove or oven).

There is no washer/dryer.

The adult-size bike and garden patio are shared with the other half of the duplex.

1 dog welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific host approval.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle in the driveway.



Parking available out front. Look for `Gillian`s Room` sign.

Pet rules - keep off furniture, must use restroom outside and do not leave alone in the home. Violation of these rules or damages may result in a fee.
