Our Beach Bunny Cottage has been a cozy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean retreat for new and repeat guests since 2009.

Our Beach Bunny Cottage is vintage 1928 circa. We have updated it with modern conveniences that you desire to have in your Staycation. Features include: Fully sanitized, cleaned and fresh bedding, Air Conditioners in Living Room and Bedroom, High-speed fiber-optics WiFi, Remote controlled Gas Fireplace, Smart TV, Fully outfitted Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, King-size comfortable bed in primary bedroom (with it's own bathroom), 2 twin beds in the sleeping loft, Washer/Dryer, LED lighting, full gated and locked private backyard with newly built deck, 2 tables and 2 outdoor umbrellas.

The Location of our Beach Bunny Cottage boasts a WalkScore.com of 84 - Very Walkable and a Biker's Paradise score of 98! There are about 67 restaurants, bars and coffee shops in West Beach, most walkable within 5 minutes.

Our Romantic Beach Bunny Cottage in Santa Barbara, has one large bedroom, King Bed, a large Bathroom with 2 sinks & Tub/Shower & full closet and 2nd full bathroom with shower, located in the hallway. Up the "slender" spiral staircase is a sleeping loft with 2-twin beds featuring deluxe linens and bedding. (Please note the sleeping loft is more suitable for children. Anyone requesting a booking with an adult wishing to sleep in the loft, needs owner approval prior to booking - no exceptions. We don't want any negative comments so the loft is explained in great detail plus there are photos.) We provide towels, dishes, pots & pans utensils, beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The backyard deck area is fully fenced with locked gates.

Parking is on-street with a City Visitors Parking Pass that we provide during your stay. We have one Visitors Parking Pass. If you arrive with 2 cars you will need to move it at different times because of parking time limits. It is mandatory that the owner (or owner representative?collects the Visitors Parking Pass upon your departure.
