Beach paradise!!! Fully furnished with all brand new furniture. Brand new patio furniture, grill etc. 5 beach cruiser bikes and a pull along cart perfect for the beach.
Sleep peacefully at night because of the ADT security system.
Take a nice little stroll along the beach, which is only two blocks away from this property.a pull along beach.

Yes this was my first time doing a VRBO, and it was very easy, communication was great and the studio was very efficient, decorated nicely, supplied well, bikes and beach supplies! Close to everything in new Smyrna .

Perfect Property!

Location is unbeatable. Just a couple blocks off Flagler and a short walk to the beach. The bikes were awesome and made getting around super easy. Not to mention, the unit was clean and seemed to have brand new furniture. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood because of its proximity to the beach and Flagler Ave. Plus I like that there are so many restaurants in the area and the proximity to Daytona Beach (10 minutes away) or Orlando (an hour's drive away or less). 3 blocks in one direction and you are putting your toes in the sand at the beach, 2 blocks in another direction and you will find yourself in one of the best fishing spots in Florida.

What makes this property unique

Cozy, everything is brand new from new flooring throughout the house to all new furniture. Beautiful, private patio area with new patio furniture and a brand new grill for those who enjoy a good barbeque.
