Ocean Breeze Beach House is a 2 bedroom, beautifully appointed home located on Hutchinson Island on the Treasure Coast. Nestled among other beach houses in a gated community, called Nettles Island, is this peaceful oasis of relaxation.

Ocean Breeze has all the comforts of home. Come enjoy a leisurely stroll on the beach, a refreshing swim in the pool(s) or some family activities around Nettles or the surrounding area. There is always something to keep you busy at Nettles. It is a gorgeous location and it books quickly.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Send a photo text to Sonya @ (613)888-7438 of the (2) keys & (4) wrist tags hanging on the hooks behind the main door prior to departure
Place all used sheets and towels by the washing machine
Clean out food items from all cabinets and fridge/freezer and dispose of all trash to the outside inground container. Lid must be able to close all the way or a Condo fee of $100 USD will apply
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1. NO PETS, smoking/vaping/cannabis 2. Keys/wrist bands are returned to the hooks in the house before departure (fee of $55+ USD for each tag/key)
3. Trash placed in the inground container , marked #717, with lid completely closed ($100 Condo Office fee applies for non-compliance
4. Minimum age for booking is 30yrs old 5. No parties 6. Park in driveway area only - Condo Office fees apply ($100) for non-compliance

Our excellent 6 week stay

We had an excellent time. So close to the beach we rented a golf cart which we enjoyed the island is very big. Great amenities and we had the home made pizza from the store a few times you must try . Overall this place is very comfortable and relaxing

Lovely property & beautiful setting

You know you're near the beach when you're staying in this lovely cottage. Light and lovely decorations, and near to everything you need for a wonderful Florida vacation. Highly recommend!

I hadn't visited Nettles Island since 2003, lots had changed but the things that didn't change were the nice people and the outstanding facilities. The house was wonderful and roomy and well located between the pool and the beach.

Cute Family house

This property was perfect for a family of 5. It is so cutely decorated and it’s bunk bed is perfect for the kids. The park has more than enough amenities to keep your family busy and off of their electronics.

We loved the beach cottage and embraced the Nettles Island lifestyle!

Sonya’s beach cottage is extremely warm and comfortable. It is ideally situated ..... only a few minutes away from the recreation center and 15 minutes from the ocean. Her cottage is tastefully decorated and extremely clean. We enjoyed our month so much that we booked again for next year!

A absolutely terrific property , very nicely decorated , comfortable chairs , sofa & the bed comfort was first class . The kitchen was well equipped and in perfect working order . We loved every day at this home and wish we could rent it again & will certainly try to do so . The owners were very responsive to our requests & questions and that to us is very important .

Great Beach House

Spent the month of February at the beach house on Nettles Island. The house was tastefully decorated, well stocked with linens, towels and kitchen items. Very roomy, spotless and comfortable. Property owners are very responsive to any and all questions. We have already booked for six weeks in 2025.

Great house

Although it doesn’t comfortably fit 7 people (we only had 6) as the top bunk is a thin mattress and pull out couch wasn’t comfortable at all, overall the house was decorated cute and had everything we needed- except for grill. Would surely stay here again with less guests!!

Another fantastic stay

This is the second year we've stayed here and we've already booked for the same time next year. I have been going to this area for 44 years now. We love everything about this area and specifically this island. Sonya's place only makes us love it more. It's perfect for our family of four and we will continue to return year after year. Just perfect

On Nettles Island how much better can it get ? This vacation home is very nicely decorated , is very clean & has everything else you my need to insure a wonderful stay in a relaxing care free setting . The owners are very nice, helpful & quick to get back to you if a problem occurs . We’ve had some great times & memories at our stays & certainly look forward to returning at a future time

Perfect Florida location!

This house is immaculate and everything is as advertised. The owner was easily contacted and replied quickly. The neighborhood is lovely with all the amenities you can ask for. The residents are very friendly and helpful. Sauder's Landing restaurant, in walking distance, is great! The beach access is a short walk or drive, if you're taking chairs, etc., and always had plenty of parking. Would definitely rent again.

Very enjoyable stay

I stayed at this property for the month of July 2019. It was excellent. Beautifully decorated and had everything that we needed. The kitchen was especially well stocked. An outside seating area would have been nice. A grill also would have been a great asset. Other than those two things the place was great and the owner was very easy to contact and very responsive.

Exceptional just as advertised

First off I have to thank Sonya for her terrific communication with us throughout the process. We had a couple of questions and she always answered them promptly. We loved the cottage as it was comfortable and clean. Nettles Island is also very clean, quiet and very well maintained. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and of course the beach is minutes away and was a lot of fun. We will definitely be back so thank you Sonya we loved it. John C.

Took a chance….

We really took a chance staying on the East coast 1st time in 40 yrs!! And feel we really hit the jackpot! Sonya is an excellent host, the house is IMMACULATE, cute & comfortable & the location was perfect for us, between the ocean & recreation area. Wonderful Stay!!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property on Nettles Island! The house was immaculately clean and came with everything you needed! The kitchen is fully equipped including a slow cooker! The only thing I would have liked to see is a small outdoor grill. The beach decor was great. The pool and rec center was also nice. There were 2 restaurants and a small grocery store within walking distance and very convenient! Check in and check out process was very easy. Sonya was amazing to work with, extremely accommodating and was easy to get a hold of when needed. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again if we were back in this area!

We had been coming to Nettles for a few years before we made the decision to buy our own place. We were ecstatic about purchasing Ocean Breeze Beach House since Nettles Island had become like a second home for our family. Our kids have grown up spending their vacations time at Nettles and they look forward to returning every year.

Why they chose this property

This property was ideal for our family because it is centrally located between the Clubhouse area and the Ocean and in short distance to the Marina! So it doesn't matter which direction you head, there is always something fun to do!
