Julio was super communicative throughout my stay. We were stuck in a snow storm and even though we arrived a day later he made sure the house was warm and cozy to welcome us. Home was better than the pictures will definitely re-book this home in the future.

Salsa Slam

Stay was short and sweet. Family and I were there for a basketball tournament at UNM. The house was very clean and had tons of room inside and out. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

The west desert oasis

I was in town for work. The house worked out great for my employees and myself. Great place. Clean. Recently remodeled and up to date. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Host communicated promptly. If your looking for a nice place to stay while in Albuquerque this is a good one.

Quiet stay

It appears the property is still undergoing some small renovations (mostly in the back yard), but it was still perfectly comfortable for my short stay. Julio was responsive to my pre-arrival questions. Thank you Julio!!
