Great stay, great host, family friendly, hot water heats up fast even in the coldest weather! Really thought great communication with this host, couldn't have asked for a better support.It did not cover sleep for 8 people as one of our guys had to sleep on a couch for the entire trip, a pretty comfortable couch though

Great place for a retreat!

This is a great destination for a small team retreat. Plenty of bedrooms and good open space for work and talking. Open kitchen let everyone congregate during meal times. Convenient location to the highway, grocery store and restaurants.

Beautiful and spacious!

We had the perfect day for our work trip! Plenty of amenities and plenty of space for everyone to have their privacy. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We enjoyed our time in Colorado! Next time we will have to come back for a vacation!

We came for the Colorado Soarkler softball tournament. House was centrally located for our purposes, it was clean and ready upon arrival.

As for the positives, the house was nicely updated.However, the customer service was terrible, and the house was not as advertised:1. 2 of the 3 showers were not usable (one had a shattered shower door we found at check-in, and the other had a cracked shower pan). They asked not to use either of these. I suggested that they could send someone out with a tension rod and shower curtain so we could use more than one shower for the 4 of us. They did not provide that solution for us. 2. They tout a game room, but most of the games are not functioning: the pop-a- shot game does not have a control panel and the legs are broken; the skeeball game does not have a control panel; none of the pool cues have tips. So we weren’t able to enjoy the game room.3. The white furniture is dirty and stained. All of the dining chairs, bar stools, couch and bench have multiple stains.4. There is mold and mildew along the outside and interior base of the basement shower.5. The main floor shower head is attached with duct tape.6. In both the main floor shower and basement shower there is drywall mud on the ceiling that has not been finished, textured, or painted.7. One set of blinds in the primary bedroom does not work.8. The house backs to a major street and is pretty loud – just be prepared.The owners did not correct ANY of the issues we brought to their attention.

Great Experience

The property and the experience with the property owner was very pleasant. There were a few things that I had to request as they weren't provided as stated it would be during the reservation process. However, the owner was very quick in getting these items to the property after notification. Property location is great distance wise, short drive to fun activities and downtown Denver. We had a great experience and I will definitely consider this property again in the future.

We were in town with several family members for a wedding. This was an excellent home for our needs. The open kitchen/dining/living room was a great way to reconnect with family. Several family members enjoyed the hot tub which worked without any issues. Game room was a nice bonus. The host were very responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again.
