Beautifully renovated spacious 2 unit building with an amazing location in the heart of Williams Bay. Enough room for everyone to spread-out! Full access to both units and all of the exterior spaces. Ample outdoor seating including a wrap around side deck, front porch, upper porch/deck, and an inviting backyard including an outdoor shower, grill, table/chairs and much more. Parking for up to 5 cars, with spaces long enough for car with boat trailer. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, beach, harbor, and the shore path. Short ten minute drive to downtown lake Geneva. 1st floor unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bath , a large kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area. Both units have large living rooms with sleeper sofas and lots of natural light. The 2nd unit has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, a large eat in kitchen, and balcony.
