Tidewater is one of Orange Beach's most popular rental complexes. Offering breath-taking views of the Gulf and Perdido Pass, beautiful white sand beach, and a top amenity package. The unit is decorated beautifully with all the comforts of home, including 50" Flat screen TV in living room & DVD/TV's in every room, wireless internet. Tidewater offers great location, within walking distance to numerous restaurants and activities.

Tidewater offers a beautiful outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, covered entrance and lobby, barbecue and picnic area and much more.

This 5th floor unit (#507) is furnished beautifully and owner maintains the unit immaculately. It does have bunkbeds built into the hallway for additional sleeping space, as well as a sleeper sofa in the livingroom (sleeps 6). Unit has been totally upgraded from the 'normal' units in the building including 37' & 27' (in bedroom) tv/dvd/stereo, granite counters, both wireless internet and through a modem and much more!

The condo was exactly as described and the location perfect. Far enough away from the main strip to have a quiet beach but still close enough to the shops and restaurants. The property was great. We enjoyed the pool and being beach side even if the boardwalk is long. We couldn’t have asked for a better place

Directly on the gulf with great views, the unit and property were super clean and well kept up. Location was great. Nice indoor and outdoor pool. They had a nice shared picnic area with grills and tables. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous view of the ocean, cozy and clean condo, kitchen was the most well stocked of all the beach places we have visited! We are not crowd people but went during spring break and it definitely was a more family friendly atmosphere. The property managers said that orange beach tries really hard to keep a good reputation and follows the 10pm noise ordinance, and we loved that. Would happily recommend this place!

Okay-minor issue trying to get in parking lot, did not have the code to get in-owners did quickly respond. Issue trying to get in condo as code did not work at first, owners responded quickly though. Bedroom window issues with light coming through and shower curtain was moldy and I felt that the condo was ready was a major clean and spruce up. The TV in living room kept having interruptions and blank outs in the audio-no storms at the time.

The view from the balcony was great, the walk to the beach was easy, and the pool was never overcrowded. If we had more than 3 people (adults), it would’ve been pretty tight, but the space was perfect for a weekend girls trip! They had everything we needed in the kitchen, and we had no issues during our stay.

This was a great condo for me and my family (4 of us total- that eventually came down). It’s in a great location. It’s not one of the massive condo properties so that’s nice too. Owners were super to work with and we hope to return to this same place in the future.

Great location, hassle free stay

Bedroom is very small, like 10x10 and the bed takes up too much room. Bed itself was soft and sunk in a bit. Lock on door is tricky and there is no lock on the balcony door. Also there was no extra trash bags or toilet paper provided. The beach and location, pool etc were great. The gym is in the pool area and does not open until 8am

I started coming to Gulf Shores back in the early 1980's as a high school student with my family. I later introduced my wife, Dawn, to the area and she fell in love with it as well. We have two beautiful daughters, Isabella and Gabrielle. Since that time we have owned a number of condominiums in the area over the years. We currently reside locally in Craft Farms Golf community.

Why they chose this property

We love the location of Tidewater. It is just west of Perdido Pass, directly on the beach. It is beautiful sitting on the balcony and watching the boats go in and out of the Pass. The complex is walking distance to several restaurants. The complex also offers great amenities which include indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness room and a lighted barbeque area. Come and enjoy the wide beach and surf.
