The neighborhood is very quite. The location is centralized and 10 minutes away to La Jolla beach, UTC mall & Restaurants. It's 15-20 minutes to SD Downtown, SeaWorld, Zoo.

What makes this property unique

Because the property is located on top the hill and close to the beach, the weather is so much cooler and breath air always is circling around the property. The humidity is low as well. Summer time temp is between 75-85F. Winter time temp is 45-55F in the morning; 55-65F in the afternoon; 45-55F is in the night time. There is always sunshine during daytime. The house is innovated and everything is new inside and outside front yard. The guests definitely enjoy the place with A/C, full kitchen, bathroom, 2 new beds & linens.
