House was nice and spacious. Fenced in back yard for our pups was great. Although the weather was chilly, it was nice to just walk across the street and be right at the beach.
Communications with the property management was perfect.

Rented property from Saturday to Saturday!!! Wonderful location directly across the street from the beach!!! The place was big enough for all of is to have beds and bathrooms. The outside had seating areas in the front and back. Ample parking for multiple. The air conditioner was cold!!! It was awesome sitting in front listening the the ocean. You can see the ocean from a spont on the front upper porch!!! The pool was refreshing. Place needs newer gas grill, some newer bed spreads and I could not find a dust pan, otherwise the place was perfect. I loved how all the bedrooms on the lowe level opened to the backyard!!! The upper level had plenty of room and was nice and bright Would definitely stay again!!!

Thanks so much, that is a huge house with a pool right across the street from the beach and we are so glad you enjoyed it!
Nice house that with a little work would look great ! WiFi was a little slow and had a hard time with some of the smaller tv’s to hook up to the WIFI but we weren’t there to watch TV ! Pool kept getting leaves in it from a tree next door but pool cleaner came and did a good job cleaning it. All in all nice house in a nice neighborhood!

Thank you for the review and we hope to see you again!
I desired a place to vacation with 11 members of our family. I’ve I got to pick up the keys I was created with a smile and the comment “ now you know this is an older home, so there will be some roaches / large palmetto bugs”. This was an understatement as we had fed bugs ( they must of just sprayed) in every room on both floors . This was a surprise for 7000.00 and not acceptable. Next we noticed that there king beds beds had single mattresses on them and not that comfortable. The pool was very nice but the grass was very tall, over 11 inches tall in the back yard ( tough for cornhole and games) so I called the management company. They were nice and said someone would be out. They did come out6 days later on Friday, one day before our departure. I spoke to the head guy and he said that he had not done the back in 1 month and no one had called him. Lastly I was frustrated on sat and let management know, the manager called me back and started fussing at me(crazy). Good note, this place has so much potential, needs a weekly lawn service and they need to be managed, needs monthly pest control with that serviced managed, then look for new management as there was no follow up and no customer service. Older home than the pics but a lot of potential. Waaaay over priced for the management and service which was lacking. We won’t return and won’t stay anywhere that this management company represents. Great location, everything else needs some TLC
Home size was adequate for our family of 8. On arrival, the home was not ready for our 4pm check-in. We were able to get in around 5:30pm. Outside of home was needing some attention. The outside table was rusted through. The grill handle was removed. The pool was filthy, however, pool guy came and did a below average clean and left all debris in the skimmer, so the pool wasn't filtering properly. There was a bucket that was causing a fishy smell at pool deck. There was a fly infestation both inside and out. The upper pool deck had deck boards that had rotted. Two pool lounge chairs, both of which were broken. Inside, lighting was insufficient. Kitchen was best lit of the home. Kitchen wise, the largest stove top burner did not work. Also, the oven was only burning on half the heating element. We had to rotate food periodically to cook evenly. Not enough pots/pans for family of 8. Ones that were provided were definitely "not" non-stick. Upstairs dishwasher was not secured to cabinet and when ready to start, did not work. Air filters were filthy, we changed them. Knats in drains.
House needs some investments. Mattresses, non-stick pots/pans, appliances, additional lighting, full length mirrors in bedroom since no outlets in bathrooms, fresh paint. The home needs to be visited by owner or property management to truly take note of concerns. All could be avoided if done so. Pest control needs to do applications to solve fly infestation. Deep clean/TLC is a must for money spent.
