The place was nice and clean. Fan in bedroom has a broken leg and is very sharp, the commode in bathroom gets stuck and keeps running. The washer is very loud.

When we first walked in, it was nice and clean. The rooms were nice. The king size bed was awesome. There other room had a bunkbed with a full size mattress on the bottom and even a pullout bed. We were also surprised that a blowup mattress is available and they had several toys for us to use on the ocean. The kitchen was awesome and especially that Keurig that you guys have in there. It had a nice pool that you had to go swimming in. It was only one block away from the hangout place, shopping, and the ocean. We walked everywhere we went. It was so nice thanks for letting us stay there.

Hello, I recently stayed at PlayaRana property. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my stay because I found cockroaches in the unit. This made the experience uncomfortable and not up to the cleanliness standards expected. I would like to report this issue and request assistance regarding a resolution.
