Well equipped house with plenty of room to relax. My husband especially appreciated the office work space and large secondary monitor with all necessary cords. Great stay!

Very peaceful great place to stay. Host goes out of their way to be accommodating. Open floor plan feels very relaxing and is great to come home to after pedaling all day. We did 5 of our 6 rides within 15 minute drive. Screen porch was great to hang out on and watch the sun go down. Would totally stay again. Highly recommended !

Thank you for your kind review. We would happily host your group again anytime!!!
My sister and I really enjoyed our stay at this lovely Bella House. The location was great - easy access to I49 and downtown Bentonville. It's a quiet neighborhood; very peaceful setting, especially the screened in porch, which was like sitting in a tree house. The kitchen provided everything one would need to cook/bake in. House was very clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

It was beautiful and calm here. Sitting out on deck watching deer and squirrels, drinking coffee in the early morning was so relaxing. We loved staying here.

We enjoyed the floor plan of the house and the open rooms and the fact that you could look straight out into the trees -- so beautiful and peaceful. The only tiny glitch we had was the lack of a toaster -- toast made in a toaster oven is just not really toast :-) But that certainly was a minor detail. The house is beautiful and we truly loved staying there -- Mom and I both remarked that we would be very happy living in this house. Thanks to the owners for sharing it. :-)

Nice house and convenient location. Only negatives are needing 2 separate codes to enter the home and food was left in the refrigerator and freezer. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us! We're glad to hear you enjoyed the house and found the location convenient.
We do stay at the home frequently, which is why we leave a variety of condiments in the refrigerator for our guests to use during their stay — we hope this adds a bit of convenience, but we understand it’s not for everyone and will work on making that clearer in the listing.
Regarding the two codes: we use separate entry codes for the front door and garage to help provide flexibility. The garage code is available for a longer period after checkout so guests can easily access their vehicle or load belongings without feeling rushed. We appreciate your feedback on this and will see if we can streamline the process further.
Thanks again for your stay — we hope to welcome you back in the future!
Thank you for the wonderful experience. Our family members were very pleased. Everything from the booking process to the stay itself was smooth and enjoyable. They really appreciated the attention to detail and the care put into making the property feel welcoming and comfortable. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a priority, and it truly made a difference. We are looking forward to booking through Vrbo again in the future!

Thank you so much for your kind review. Would love to host your group anytime.
Property is as described. Kitchen has all the necessities. The porch offers a pleasant overlook into the foliage. We saw a family of deer pass by as well as a host of bird life.
Very pleasant and relaxing.
This was a lovely property to enjoy during the hustle and bustle of graduation season. While we had to stay flexible due to the weather forecast and the numerous events to attend (graduation, family parties, dinner out, and senior Sunday recognitions), it was so nice to have a quiet place to land for just us. The host was very accommodating and willing to work with us on an extension of our stay. We had a wonderful place to cook for our own kids and with grocery delivery, it could not have been smoother. There was plenty of space to read on the beautiful screened in porch, watch a movie in the living room, or catch a quick nap in one of the bedrooms. The basement was even a fun separate spot for the kids to play games and spread out without being in the way of other activities. We definitely will plan to book a stay here again!

This property is even more beautiful than photos in the listing! Mid-century details throughout create a relaxing, inviting atmosphere. Beautifully renovated kitchen is fully stocked with all equipment needed for preparing full meals. The screened deck is a serene window into nature-- we saw abundant birds and a buck casually passing through. Very secluded view from houses next door. Seamless process from start to finish. Very convenient to Bentonville, Fayetteville, and the Wal-Mart just over the Missouri border! We recommend this property without reservation!

Thank you for your kind comments. Loved hosting your group and welcome back anytime.
We had a great long, 9 night stay at Heidi’s house over the first week of April. Family of 5 with grade/middle school kids that enjoy the space to enjoy a movie together and have the kids work on puzzles while meals were being prepared. The two bedrooms upstairs had good beds and spaces rooms. The bunkbeds and pull-out bed were defiantly in a basement with a paint cement floor. Daughter was not keen on staying down there, but the boys were fine with it. Probably not a space that you would want <6 year olds sleeping in as it is not very inviting. We liked the remodel bathroom upstairs between the two rooms, just wish it had a private entrance from the master bedroom. Possibly remove the linen closet and put a door in there? That was probably the biggest oversight we had when we picked the house and that would make it much better. The future garage was great. It was tall enough to fit our 5 bikes hanging vertically on the back of our ¾ ton truck, which is not common and should be talked about in the listing. Finally, we cook almost every breakfast and dinner at the house with all those meals being done on the flat-iron grill in the screened in porch. This was great to have and should also be talked about in the listing. Great place overall and will keep it in mind for future spring getaways!

Thank you for kind review. Fall/Winter 24/25 we will turn our attention to updating lower level. When we were remodeling the upstairs, my husband wanted to do exactly as you mentioned with the bathroom for direct entry from master bedroom, but since eventually this is our retirement home and it will be just us and no kids, I did not want to lose the storage space, it was a long debate....
