The Back 40 Treehouse is legally permitted with the City of Bella Vista (Permit #48798).
It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home in Bella Vista near the Back 40 Trail system, and minutes from Blowing Springs and the Little Sugar Trails. The house is also near all the golf courses, lakes, and other outdoor pursuits that Bella Vista and NWA have to offer. Tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac the Treehouse is perfect for those who are looking to spend their days on the World Class Trails that NWA has to offer, and their evenings relaxing and refueling amongst the trees.

LIVING ROOM
The hub of the home offers a great open area in for socializing thanks to the comfy sofa and two chairs. There is a record player with records as well as a Roku television. The couch is a queen size hide a bed.
DINING ROOM
The table has four chairs for eating or playing board games (provided). The kitchen island has two seats as well.
KITCHEN
The counters are butcher block. The kitchen is well appointed and there is plenty of room to make meals and snacks.
BIKE FACILITIES
This home is mountain biker friendly. There is secure storage for your bikes, a tire pump, and a cleaning station.
REMOTE WORKING / WFH
Back40 Treehouse has a desk in the master bedroom. Additionally, you could set up on the back deck and feel like you are truly working in a treehouse.
2 BEDROOMS
The main bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin bed. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space for your belongings.
2 BATHROOMS
The ensuite bathroom for the main bedroom offers a tub shower combo, while the second bathroom offers a stand-up shower. Great for seniors that do not want to risk a fall. Hosts will supply quality towels for all guests.
LAUNDRY
You’re welcome to use the washer and dryer.
OUTSIDE SPACE
The patio features a table with chairs. Additionally, a propane grill with all the tools you’ll need for a BBQ.
LOCATION
There is so much to do in NWA. For work you are only 10 miles to Wal-Mart Headquarters and downtown Bentonville. Rogers is 17 miles. Besides the many miles of biking trails there are seven lakes and many golf courses in Bella Vista. There are numerous Arkansas State Parks in the area that are free for day use. Great place to be for work, play or relax.

Guest passes for Bella Vista POA amenities can be requested if you book 5 days before your arrival. The guest pass will give you access to the lakes, golf courses, pools, etc. You do not need a guest pass to access the bike trails. When requesting the passes, please send the first & last name of everyone needing a pass and the city and state you are visiting from. Once I have submitted the request for the passes, you will receive conformation and instructions on how to get the passes.
