Brand new, modern construction. Small coastal town with conveniences of boating, kayaking, pickleball, tennis, playgrounds and a pool.

What makes this property unique

The end unit with the best views. Plenty of space to spread out on different floors and come together cooking and eating at the table. This home truly has what you need for a family vacation or remote working. Walk to the beach or rent a golf cart and sight see all of the town. If staying 30 days or longer, cleaning will be scheduled every 2 weeks. This refills toiletries and ensures the house is maintained. Billing will be separate. Daily use items like paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc, are provided for typical 3 night stay. If staying longer or a large group, you may need to replenish.
If bringing a dog(s), please make sure excessive dog hair is removed.
