Ellicottville Chalet with 5 bedrooms! Our chalet offers the best of both worlds; just 3 miles from the village and the beauty of a secluded lot with a pond. Our chalet is perfect for hosting 4 families, large groups or 5 couples with each having the privacy of their own bedroom. 25 year old min renter age and 17 guests maximum please. Beds: 1 Kings, 3 Queens, 4 Fulls and 1 twin.

Self check-in and check-out. We are available by message, text and phone. We are only 10 minutes away if needed.

Secluded lot only 3 miles from Ellicottville village. There are also 6+ state parks within 10 miles for many outdoor activities.

Guests are the only people on the entire property.

The entire place is yours. Our chalet is fully equipped with linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, regular coffee maker, ground coffee and Keurig cups. We have a ping pong table, boards games, dart board, and 5 TVs.

Nice property close to the mountain

Nice property with all the amenities needed for travel. Trip was hinder by a septic tank lid issue that caused the property to smell throughout our stay.

We are responding for the benefit of future guests. We were told about the smell outdoors in 20 degree weather on Friday night and it was fixed at 10am on Sat morning. The lid was resealed and put back in place. Not sure how much time people spend outside in 20 degree weather, but I guess you can't make some people happy no matter what you do. This property was completely remodeled so it looks and feels great!

Nice Stay

We all came up to see the eclipse. The cottage was easy to fine, had great bedrooms, a wonderful kitchen, and perfecct yard for all my grandchildren to enjoy. Our host was helpful and easy to contact for questions. We do recommend this "House by a pond" for a pleasant stay away from home.
