Great House To Stay and Entertain

The property and grounds are great! The management company stayed in contact and answered every question that I had. I've been renting with VRBO for over 15 years, and this was one my best overall stays.

Has potential

House has a good layout and a lot of features that would attract a lot of people. Appliances and leftover consumables were convenient for dishwasher and wash machine. Pool was not clean, outside patio around pool not clean. Cleats from pool cover sticking up are trip hazards House was not clean. Had hair piled up in shower drains, looked like wine sprayed on some of the walls. Whoever painted the house last did a horrible job. Not only is there workmanship very poor but there is paint all over the windows the floor. Overall our stay was good and we looked past a lot of these issues but most people wouldn’t. The pictures for the listing are a lot nicer then in person

Stay at Fayetteville

1. the tennis court had grass growing in the cracks of the court and the net was drooping and unable to be raised. 2. the pool was old and made of concrete. 3 people hurt their feet on the rough services and were bleeding. 3. 2 shower curtains fell down. 1 in the middle of the night and the other when someone was taking a shower. 4. one of the faucets was not working. we called it in but no-one showed up to fix it. 5. the tv in the main area was unusable. it wanted someone who had been there before to sign in. overall the house was large and comfortable for our group of 14.
