We're in a quiet neighborhood, minutes from Downtown Ball Ground & Canton. We aim to make your stay unforgettable, perfect for visits to nearby wedding venues, wineries, hiking trips, or a Gibbs Gardens getaway!
The space
This is our private sanctuary, and we're delighted to share it with you. The basement studio apartment is conveniently accessed via the patio door at the rear of the property. We reside in the upper levels, accessible through a separate entrance at the front of the house.

Cozy up with a captivating book on our plush couch or unwind on the patio swing enveloped by nature's serenity. For movie aficionados, our large in-house TVs and the outdoor patio screen offer a perfect viewing experience. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate our state-of-the-art NordicTrack equipment for an invigorating workout. And when you're ready to cool off, our pool awaits for a refreshing dip. All this in a home designed to make every moment of your stay truly unforgettable.

We are also the proud owners of two small, sociable dogs who may occasionally be seen around the property.
Guest access
We offer an exclusive parking spot in our driveway for your convenience. A brief walk down a path—complete with stairs—through our backyard leads you to the studio's private patio entrance.

This property was perfect for our stay in Ball Ground , Ga. Clean, quiet, and really just felt like home. We visited Gibbs Garden which was amazing. Hosts were fantastic at communication and checked in with us to ensure our stay was good! They provided cookies and coffee! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Atlanta Baseball Trip

My son (17 years old) and I needed to be in Atlanta for 5 days for baseball tournament. This property was exactly what we were needing. Good amount of space, ability for separate sleeping areas, comfortable TV area, suitable kitchen (did not need to eat out every meal), full refrigerator. Very safe area - no worries about car being vandalized or theft. Added bonus of having our own private pool. Host was tremendous in working with us on arrival and ultra fast response to questions. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for short drive access to central/northern Atlanta.

Time with out-of-town family

This property was great - more than I expected from pictures. It was clean, welcoming and comfortable. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The backyard was a calming outdoor space. It was too early to enjoy the pool but we sat outside for breakfast. Everything was top notch, first class. It was spacious.Host Jessica checked on us regularly (e-mail) ensuring our comfort. We were in town for a wedding in the historic area of Ball Ground. All our out of town relatives stayed in that area. The VRBO was close enough and an easy drive.
