Welcome to Lakeside Villa—a rare Lake Norman retreat with a private pool, TWO separate game rooms, covered dock access, and plenty of indoor and outdoor space to spread out. From the warm hardwood floors to the cabin-style details, the home has a cozy, lived-in feel that makes it easy to settle in and stay awhile.

The main living area features soaring ceilings, a decorative stone fireplace, and a full wall of windows overlooking the lake. The open layout flows into an updated kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that’s perfect for morning coffee, snacks, or casual group meals.

Downstairs, the first game room offers a pool table and easy walk-out access to the pool deck. The second game room is a full entertainment hub with foosball, arcade basketball, Smart TVs, and more. There’s even heating and cooling in the game room to help keep everyone comfortable year-round.

Outside, it gets even better.
Multi-level decks wrap around the house with tons of space to lounge, grill, dine, or soak in the views. The pool, open May through September, is perfect for warm lake days, while the covered dock area offers calm-water access to paddleboards, kayaks, and all-day lake fun. A long set of stairs leads down to the dock, or you can take the gently sloped gravel path instead.

With drive-through boat/RV parking, a nearby boat launch, and proximity to Lake Norman State Park’s trails, Lakeside Villa is a great fit for water lovers, bikers, hikers, and anyone who wants a laid-back lake escape with plenty to do.

You’ll enjoy spotless cleaning, keyless entry, and personal, fast communication with our team—so your stay is as smooth as the lake on a calm morning.

⚓ DOCK & LAKE FAQ
• Dock and water: Typical Summer (~10+ ft depth) Winter (~8+ ft). Ideal for swimming, fishing, and tying off pontoon or ski boats.
• Boat rentals: Boat rentals are available through Lake Girl Boat Rentals on Lake Norman. Contact info and booking recommendations are sent automatically once you book.
• Boat lift: The lift and covered slip is not available for boat docking - but there are cleats on the sides of the dock for use to tie up.
• Life jackets: We provide some universal life jackets, 1 paddleboard, and 2 kayaks. Please bring properly fitted USCG-approved vests for young children.

🕸️ Spider webs outside?
We de-web and treat docks and porches regularly, but spiders can rebuild a web in just 30–60 minutes. Lake life!

⏰ Can I check in early or check out late?
We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season, or if it's not a same day turnaround.

🔥 Is firewood provided?
No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability).

🛋️ Can I use the indoor fireplaces?
Our indoor fireplaces are decorative and not intended for use. Again, a standard in our area for managers due to insurance and liability.

- A maximum of 2 pets are welcome at this property with an added fee of $125. Bringing pets without prior approval from Wishlist will result in a $250 fine per pet.
- Please note that parties and events are not permitted at this home.
- The pool is NOT heated and is routinely cleaned by a 3rd party 5 star company - we do not schedule
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations are subject to a $250 fine.
- We strictly enforce occupancy and noise limits, as the county can shut us down. Fines starting at $250 and up to $10,000 per violation, with the right to evict all occupants with no refunds.
- Government-issued ID and a security deposit, when required, will be requested after booking.
- Any form of credit card fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
