I am glad you liked our place. Unfortunatly with a pool heater the water evaporates faster than if we did not use one. Water should be added every few days depending on the weather but not daily. I will check into that. I hope you will think of us again for the future.

My family and I went to visit our elderly Aunt in West Palm and this location and house was perfect! This house is close to everything. It was very clean. The pool was amazing and the master bed was so comfortable. The owner responds very fast to questions and she is helpful. I plan on renting this house again when we visit my aunt again. I highly recommend.

Nada, I appreciate your honest review, and this will probably help others. You are correct, we keep the pool warm. When I say heated pool, it means heated warm enough to swim all year. A lot of Airbnb’s will charge extra to heat the pool during your stay, but we include it for free. The way we do that is by running the pump during the day, not overnight, and keeping the pool just warm enough so you can enjoy your swim. If we raised the temperature, it would create algae and the nightly rate would have to go up to keep it hot with the high cost. This information was in the information I sent you but I don’t believe it's in the listing. I will get that added so there is no confusion because we do try to be as upfront as possible so you can have the best stay. I am glad you liked the house and location. I hope if you come to WPB in the future you will consider staying again.

Great place with ample room and a wonderful pool. Location was easy to find and just a short walk or drive for necessities. Easy shot to the beaches and downtown area. Will definitely look to stay here again!!

Loved this stay! The pool lanai was amazing and 90% of where our time was spent. TVs all over and comfy beds with loads of extra amenities (stocked kitchen -spices, utensils, dinnerware, cookware, etc- beach towels, toys, books) Super close to the beach and airport, making travel easy. Lots of good places to eat close by as well. We had an absolute blast visiting with family and having fun. Thank you!!

Great stay for a girlfriend get together

We enjoyed our weekend in WPB and this house was a comfortable stay for all six of us. The only suggestion from the two who stayed in the bunk room, was a lamp was needed in that room. The only light was the bright overhead fixture.

Lovely Stay

Neat, clean home with a well-equipped kitchen. House is lovely but has a very unique layout and small kitchen. To access the pool, grill and backyard you have to cut through one of the bedrooms! Property manager was very quick to respond to our questions and needs. Overall, nice facility and would recommend for family vacation.

Nice, clean house with great pool

This was a nice property with everything we needed for the week. We really enjoyed the pool and were thankful it was heated. There is plenty of room and two lounge/family room areas. It’s close to Target and many other stores. The hot water wasn’t working and we had a few maintenance people throughout the week we stayed but otherwise it was a great rental.

Convenient location and very well maintained

We had a wonderful stay while celebrating our daughter’s college graduation. The home is very clean, all the beds were really comfortable. The pool was a huge hit and overall we loved it, and would stay again! My only two complaints are that the main living room stayed allot warmer than the rest of the house. 2-the grill grate was.pretty dirty, and the igniter button didn’t work. So I tried to light the burners with matches, but only the middle one would light, and died out after a few minutes.

I appreciate the review. Sorry the igniter did not work for you. We took a look at the grill and did notice the burner issue. Sorry about that. We have replaced the grill. The cleaners do not clean the grill. It is free to use the endless gas grill but unfortunatly you do have to clean up after yourself and we do not know when its left dirty. I am glad you enjoyed the beds and pool.

Pretty solid

I’d give it overall a 4.5 if possible. The house got pretty Hot even though it had 3 different thermostats. They don’t have extra blankets so bring your own. They had plenty of towels. The door was open when we got there which was pretty weird but nothing looked out of place. Neighborhood was pretty chill. There were some sketchy neighbors further down the road but they weren’t the worst.

Convient, clean and a peace of mind.

All that's needed is your clothes and groceries! Home is equipped with everything you need and more. Booked in celebration of my son's hgh school graduation and to accommodate family from out of town. I couldnt keep the kids out of the pool, my mom off of the proch with her feet up or my sister who works overnight out of the comfy beds. The location is great for whatever you want to do- shopping, beach, fun.... even a early morning jog is safe. Susan was very prompt with responding and accomadating to even the simplest things such as batteries for a remote. My family is still talking about their stay and coordinating the next trip. Thanks susan, both you and your property are a GEM!

Great place for a large family with kids

The property was as described. There were enough rooms for the 8 of us and the pool was terrific. We swam a lot and the kids liked being at the property because they could swim day and night and there were pool toys, which they appreciated. There were plenty of ammenities for a traveling family - washer and dryer, dishwasher, a portable crib and feeding chair for the baby, spices in the cupboard, plenty of dishes and pots and pans, and a nice grill out back. Lots of seating for us and other family that came by during our stay. The property was in a nice, quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking for our big van and visitor vehicles. We also appreciated that the latches for the lanai were up high so the kids needed an adult to get through the doors. Communication with the owner was easy and she was very accomodating. It was a great stay!!

We’re sorry to see a 1-star rating, especially without any specific feedback. During this guest’s stay, we responded immediately to all concerns. We arranged repair for the grill, delivered new cookware by 8am the next morning, and addressed a plumbing issue right away by sending a professional service provider. The plumbing issue was caused by non-flushable items by you, but we still covered the cost and handled everything promptly to minimize any disruption. We take pride in being responsive and doing everything we can to ensure our guests have a great experience.
