Easy access to all of Marin and San Francisco in this gorgeous Sycamore Park house with detached cottage. Two blocks from the Mill Valley-Sausalito bike path, easy walk to downtown Mill Vally, and conveniently located near three grocery stores, tons of restaurants, and more.
Two bedrooms plus one and a half baths. Two separate, dedicated work from home areas and two indoor comfy couches to relax - great room has a TV and fireplace. Tons of natural light and great indoor/outdoor flow.
Enjoy your coffee from an adirondack chair in the fully landscaped front yard or move to the backyard area for the full kitchen (sink, refrigerator, grill, prep area), dining and seating areas. Late night conversation area with Solo Stove and seating are adjacent to the brand new hot tub and outdoor shower.
