And the brand new hot tub provides a great place to soak after a day of adventures. High Speed wired and Wi-Fi internet access. Dish Network Satellite TV with DVR. Huge, Open Great Room with all tile floors. Top Quality Kitchen with top of the line Whirlpool Gold stainless steel appliances, and Hanstone solid surface counter tops. Custom Mexican Pine Dining area with seating for 8. The Custom Master Bedroom is expanded to include an office area, and features a dual head shower. There is a King Size Bed, and a sliding glass door allowing direct access to the backyard and patio. The 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms are tastefully decorated and both have Queen Beds. Ideally located in downtown Moab, you are close to Main Street, as well as the brand new Moab Recreation and Aquatic Center. Also located nearby are the Moab Library, the Mill Creek Parkway, the Moab Information Center, and our event planning centers where you can schedule all your adventures for your trip. Possibly the best location in Moab!
Arches East ~ 389 is a pet friendly condo. There will be a $20/night fee for each pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, it will be added by our reservations team before you are charged.
Cottonwoods townhomes do have access to an indoor shared swimming pool. It is controlled & operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access swimming pool or hot tub facilities.

We loved this clean and spacious place with good backyard (fenced) for our dogs. The location of the home is awesome and so close to downtown you are able to walk or ride bikes easily. Great place for families or multiple couples.
We loved this luxurious home to stay. The back yard was perfect for our pup. The hot tub is new and clean. All of the furniture and appliances were very high quality. We definitely recommend this house!
Seven family members had a wonderful 2-night stay while participating in the Moab Trail 1/2 Marathon.
Perfect location - near to Kane Creek, and away from the craziness of Main Street Moab, yet close enough to walk downtown.
Clean, Quiet and Comfortable!
We used the house as a base camp for Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. It was in a great location just on the edge of town. It wasn’t too noisy or busy around the house. Easy access back into town to grab food. Having access to the indoor pool was awesome.
This rental is always clean and tidy, but the location and garage are the real standouts. Having a large enough garage to securely keep all of our gear and bikes while in Moab is such a luxury. Being able to quickly and safely walk downtown is another perk. We drive through Moab 2 or 3 times a year, and always stay here.
This place was perfect fory husband and I and pur dogs. Clean and very comfortable. Quite and private with a grest view in the back yard. We could walk.to towntown and our host was more than helpful. Thanks again!!

House was very spacious and clean! Perfect yard for our fur babies! Soo close to restaurants and Arches National Park! We took advantage of the hot tub in the back yard with the amazing mountains in the background, was the the perfect ending to the perfect day! The hot tub had been heated prior to our arrival, which was also amazing!!! We would stay here again 100%!
We got really lucky and were able to book this spot last minute during spring break. It checks all the boxes. It's about a block away from downtown, we walked to dinner every night. The living room is super spacious with a big comfy couch for movie night. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups, everything. There is a good sized fenced in yard that was perfect for our dog and the girls loved the hot tub after being in the pool at the end of the street. Very clean too. Also - the master shower might be the best shower I have ever experienced. Everything was perfect! We hope to be able to stay here again.
Property was exactly what we expected. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Kitchen did not have any spices or oils or food storage like Tupperware, so if you're planning on cooking pick up what you need beforehand, everything else you need is there. The back yard was nice and had good shade during the hot days. We used the hot tub to cool off more than heat up as it was 100 each day. The tub was clean and ready when we arrived. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and water pressure in showers was great. We would stay again without question.
Great place, location, size and neighborhood. The management accommodated our special needs and allowed our dogs for a reasonable cost. Could have been cleaner and it was very sparsely supplied on the cleaning and staples supply front which we found odd. Nothing like 409 or Windex. 1 roll of paper towel, not even salt in the cabinets. That said, we’d stay again but would bring some more basics. No serious complaints.

Not Clean
If you like cleanliness then steer clear. 3 bags of dog poop had to be picked up in back yard, dirty greasy plates in cabinets, hot pads had to be washed before use, bakeware is dirty. Had to call to get teaspoons, enough wash clothes and towels. Place needs a deep clean. Location great. Management was responsive but no credit offered ( even waiving of cleaning fee) when issues were brought up.
The house is close to a lot of restaurants and is very spacious
This house was amazing. It was able to accommodate date 8 of us and an infant comfortably. They also have a pool down the street. Restaurants are only a 5 minute walk and the neighborhood is quiet. The shower in the master bedroom was amazing!!! This house also had a 2 car garage and enough space in the driveway for another 2 cars. Would definitely stay here again
The first impression of someone else's garbage overflowing at the start of our vacation was disgusting. We got to look at someone else's garbage from the kitchen and every time you entered and left for 5 days. The housekeeper should have notified management of the situation. The welcome booklet said specifically not to curb the trash can. We had to leave our garbage on the ground when we did the mandated "empty all receptacles at checkout". Pulling sheets and towels seemed like we are doing the cleaning job. No information is given about the location of the pool. No towels for kitchen. Very few towels and wash cloths. It could use a good spring cleaning. Beds were comfortable, living area was open and spacious. Rugs at doors would be nice to catch all the Moab sand.
