Red Cliff Condos #1H | 3 Bed, 2 Bath

Located approximately 4 miles south of town, the brand new Red Cliff apartment style condos have many of the amenities of the luxury lodging accommodations at a very affordable price. You'll enjoy the new outdoor pool and hot tub that the Red Cliff's complex has to offer. This condo is located on the second story where you can easily enjoy the dramatic Moab Rim view from your outdoor balcony while relaxing after a long day of fun and activity. Each condo is 1400 square feet including 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, dining and living area, and a large laundry room. Please note, there is no bike storage available at this property.

No pets are allowed in this unit. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, please inquire about Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals' wide variety of pet-friendly options.

Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.

Note in the door let us know we were in the right place. Spacious and comfortable condo. Cleaned and ready for us. Good value compared to a hotel room in Moab during the high season (4th of July week).

Nice place to stay, very clean and close to everything. Could you a bootle of basic cleaner to wipe up after cooking and eating meals. The Safely company that the property manager uses, collects your personal data then sells it. Avoid this

Just what we wanted!

The condo fitted our needs perfectly. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped. We were able to prepare most of our meals with very little "making do"! The living room area was a bit small for four adults but we were out and about most of the time. It was wonderful having a washer/dryer. We were able to minimize our luggage as we were on the road for 8 days. The property looked well maintained and the views were lovely. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Only giving an overall low rating because

Host was not even able to accommodate at least an hour early entry since our visit to arches was moved for further along the day. Check-in, in general is too late in the day and too early of a check-out as well. Cleaning staff was also hurrying us along when we were already moving things out to our cars and it was still minutes away from check out time.

Condo was exactly as listed. Clean & well stocked. Easy to find but not walking distance to any restaurants. 5 minute drive into town. Definitely can hear your neighbors but fortunately they weren’t too noisy.

Epic Adventure

What an adventure! Deciding to road trip from Ga to Moab with 7 children was nerve racking and exciting! Arriving in stunning Moab was exactly what we needed just a few months after the loss of our main guy(my Husband & their Daddy). Our family immensely enjoyed the beauty of southern Utah. Our adventures included hiking several National, State, and local parks(all less than an hour away). Arches was a convenient 7 minutes away! Each morning included coffee, meditation, and unbelievable sunrises, for myself at Arches National Park. The children and I returned every afternoon and explored until sunset was enjoyed as we gazed over a number of breathtaking natural wonders. Our stay in Moab was magical. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed, including a variety of family games! We enjoyed the swimming pool as well! The binder containing local information proved to be helpful during our visit! My family and I encourage you to take the trip, book the condo, and find your solace in the beauty of Moab!

Great home base for arches and canyonlands

This place was much nicer than most places we book. It's a few minutes out of town but not far enough to be inconvenient. Plenty of space. Had everything we needed. Host was quick to respond. Would stay here again.

This was a excellent property in very good location in Moab. The phone number I received with the booking information was incorrect. The lady on the phone was nice and helped us a lot though she was not responsible for the property. We will surely go back again.

It was great, only 1 minor issue

I would come back here, very nice and comfortable. There was one maintenance issue: the beds were squeaky and bed frames felt loose. I woke up every time my wife turned over, it was so squeaky. Get that fixed and it would be PERFECT.
