The location of this property was great. The house was very clean. The pool and hot tub were closed during our stay which was just a little disappointing. The views of the sunrise were beautiful. I would definitely stay here again
Lovely neighborhood in Moab. Perfect place to relax after a day of exploring and seeing the beauty in the area. Even from right outside the property you can see the canyons in the distance. Great stay!
The property is conveniently near Canyonlands and Arches, but needs some maintenance. Bearings are going out of the bathroom fan, toilet seat was warn down to the wood, curtain rods kept falling apart each time you opened the curtains.Aside from the obvious maintenance needs, this would be a nice rental for families or groups.
This apartment is a 10/10 place. We have travelled quite a bit around the world and this was an exceptionally a great place. Beds were comfortable, showers were great and our dogs were very happy. The check-in process was very easy. The location was beautiful. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

Beautiful property, well maintained and close proximity to everything Moab
We used this property as a business trip for an escape from a busy event/show. Plenty of room for all of us to relax comfortably and all the amenities you could ever ask for right in your backyard. Thank you for another great event by keeping us well rested and ready to tackle each morning.
House was ideal for all of us. Well stocked pots and pans and kitchen appliances. Was a hunt to find the toaster but we found it. Rooms were big and the bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels and toiletries. Only complaint would be the TV had no local channels. All internet based programming. Would stay again.
Nice home & neighborhood with plenty of room, use of garage, and neat views. Small inconvenience was a tree branch consistently scraping the master bedroom window in the wind, which prevented us from sleeping, but we were able to move to another room to sleep.
We really enjoyed staying at this property. The location was perfect, great views, quiet neighborhood, spacious home, had all the items we needed to cook, wash, shower, and sleep.
Since it is a pet friendly space there is always a chance it can smell. The only place there was urine smell was next to the master bed. This was a problem when the window was closed.
Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back again.
I was very pleased with most things in this unit but the kitchen drawers were unorganized and there weren't enough cooking utencils, meat tenderizer, working cork screw, large serving spoons, skillets of all sizes, serving bowls. And the sheets in the Master Bedroom were terrible, I felt as though I was sleeping in window drapes, static electricity everytime I moved.
The coffee maker did not work, the ice trays were broken (instead of replacing the trays for ice they circled the holes where the ice trays leaked with black sharpies) they clearly need replaced. They didn’t supply enough towels for 3 days. The tv in the living room is old and has a line permanently through the picture which became annoying when trying to watch the Super Bowl. The blinds throughout the place were quite tricky and when you try to pull the large ones up the track isn’t attached and looks like they could break at any minute. There was also a bullet hole in the living room window which causes moisture build up in between the glass so you can’t see through the window if there during a wet event like we were. The bedspread in the master had white bodily fluids on it upon our arrival.
Jan’s Joy was definitely exactly that. It was a joy to stay in. There was plenty of room for our family and the kids, we loved that it was dog friendly, everything was clean and everything we needed was provided. There were plenty of towels, extra soap, laundry soap, dish soap, plenty of extra blankets and everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our meals. The pool is pretty close to the unit which we loved walking down in the evenings for a evening swim and there were showers at the pool too with soap provided. I will say there were some some very minor complaints. The grill is a bit difficult to use. One of the knobs is worn out so you couldn’t tell if the gas was on or not and the grill tray is a bit different so it just made it tough to use. But not impossible. We cooked on it for two of our nights and it was just fine. The pans provided need an upgrade. We were glad we brought our own because everything was burning and sticking to them. There’s no Tupperware containers to store food in so be prepared for that but there are plenty of stores around to pick some up. There were also no pool towels provided so if you plan on swimming, bring pool towels. The last thing I’ll say is that the mattresses in the bunk bed room aren’t very comfortable. They are also very creaky and loud. Imagine sleeping on a mattress filled with chip bags. The slightest shift sounds like chip bags crumbling. You’ll wake up everyone in the room in the morning when you try to sneak out.
We enjoyed our five day stay here. There was plenty of room for us, our son, and dogs. We appreciated the open living area and spacious master. The kitchen is stocked with some basics if you choose to do some cooking. Beds and couches were computable. Maintenance came promptly to deal with an issue. My only criticism was the carpet stains, likely from previous occupants’ dogs.
