We came to visit family. The place was nice and clean and well-stocked. It is a convenient location to Palm Coast beaches and Flagler beach.

Quick Trip to Florida

The property is nice and comfortable. It is also located around a lot of shops and restaurants. We used it as a mid point from Daytona and Jacksonville while we were visiting family and it was very convenient. I would definitely recommend!

Perfect for our needs

We needed a place to stay for a few days prior to closing on our new home. The Bracken Lane Bungalow was perfect in every way. We would definitely recommend to family and friends. Emily was a terrific hostess. She promptly answered our questions and gave helpful suggestions.

Bike trip

The location of the rental was in a clean quiet neighborhood. The house itself was appropriate for the 4 of us. The shower/tub needs to have a sliding door instead of a liner that’s used from guest to guest. We trailered our motorcycles down and the owner recommended parking our trailer off the property due to potential fines. There was a trailer parked on the side of the road a few homes down, that stayed parked for the duration of the trip. If you are staying in the Palm Coast area this property would work.

Great place would go back

It was great place close to anything you want to eat and some impressive new places. Beds are not all that comfy needs new mattres in master anyway not sure about the rest of the rooms . But one 1” egg crate from Walmart we was good . There no tv in the master room which is a must for me but that’s just my preference . Get new mattresses and put tv in rooms would make this 5 star all day long
