Nice home

Stayed with a few friends from out of town. The house was very nice and spacious. Everything was clean. The beds are super comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Check in was easy. Had no issues, it’s a great place to stay!

Awesome home

Home was super cozy and the welcoming. Our kids enjoyed the movie/game room and it was an awesome experience for them. We didn’t have any issues with the home at all and have nothing negative to say about our experience. Home is very modern and up to date, with lots of space. Definitely would recommend

Said he allowed parties then kicked us out for having one, didn’t update his rules or tells us! Cant get a refund, house had stuff everywhere and is trying to get more money out of us

I Do allow events at my residents and most of the people renting it do have respectable family events and register their guest. I have had birthday events with people coming from out of town, Thanksgiving events with families needing a big resident to host families, graduation. etc. These are just to name a few. There is a limit to the number of guests allowed, i would allow up to 10 guests. You registered 2 guests and had more than 50 people show up and more kept coming till 2am, there were so many people the police had to come back just to get read of the underage kids drinking and being belligerent in the streets. (50 plus people is a fire safety department violation just fyi). There is no Smoking allowed at my resident due to some medical problems and you had people smoking cigarettes and Cannabis at my resident. My stove -Top was ruined by someone melting plastic on it. I had new Furnitures ruined in the basement and my carpet stained. Sorry, i wasn't thinking my house was going to become a club with underage drinking and someone at the door with a metal detector (this tells me you don't know nor trust the people coming). I did call and worn you on the number of people you registered and how many were showing up and only intervened when it started getting out of hand. The cost of what i incurred is nothing compared to what i was requesting, No body's house should be treated like this without proper clarification.
