- 1 Private Suite with 1 Double Box Bed + 1 Single Box Suite;
- 2 Bedrooms with American suite with (ensuite bathroom with private door) - 1 bedroom with double bed and balcony, and 1 dormitory with 02 single beds + 02 auxiliary beds (Bicamas).
On the ground floor:
- 1 Suite with 1 Bed Box Couple
The social area of the ground floor has a toilet, American style kitchen, dining table, TV room, barbecue and laundry room with washing machine ..

It has air conditioning in all rooms, refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, LED TV 42 inches with satellite TV, Home Theater, Pressing Iron and Full Linens.
