About this property

Only the lawn separates the house from the beach. She is single storey, with 3 bedrooms with 4 beds each, and suite with 4 beds that can form 2 double beds.

The block of the condominium has a grass street of access restricted to the very beautiful and wooded guests.

No events like wedding parties are allowed.

The living room is spacious, overlooking the sea, with 3 environments. Living room with TV 42 ", accommodating 16 people; dining room / games with 2 tables for 8 people, integrated balcony, with fly screen and rectangular table for 10 people and barbecue.

The kitchen has a microwave, freezer and two refrigerators, dishwasher, 6 burner stove and other appliances, utensils, cutlery and crockery.

The service area has a covered part and another discovery with washing machine, and maid's room with bunk beds and bathroom.

A two-seat kayak is available for guests.

The beach Guaecá does not receive sewage and their water is considered free of pollutants by us for more than 20 years, the sand is white and fine and the water is transparent and easily accessible for swimming, great for family with children. The house has a tent that is installed every day for the caretaker. Beach chairs are inside the house and the occupants take and bring every day.

Quando chegar a garagem tem tanto mato que só cabe 1 carro dentro. A sala estava cheio de coco que caia do teto, não sei se era rato ou morcego.Os quartos tinham cheiro de mofo e não dava pra dormir, um dele nem lampada tinha. Dormimos todos na sala.Ventiladores de teto cheio de teias de aranha.A casa está abandonada... E você percebe isso em todos os cômodos.Os banheiros: 1 não liga o chuveiro, um a descarga joga água no banheiro todo e o outro o chuveiro mal esquenta a água.A Cass tem o que precisa pra ir a praia, barraca e cadeiras boas.A localização é ótima na frente da praia.Se você não se importar de ficar em um local abandonado e em uma ótima localização, pode ir.

A localização é excente, mas só.Falta um pouco de cuidado com a casa. A casa parece estar abandonada, algumas luzes não funcionam, lages sem forro, ventiladores sem funcionar, uma geladeira só funciona o freezer.Falta estrutura de praia também, só tem 5 cadeiras.

O lugar é fantastico! a casa fica tão perto do mar que a gente pegava a cerveja na geladeira. Muito top! sempre vou com familia, crianças e Idosos e a paz que o lugar tranmite é sensassional, tenho uma filha autista e ela se sente em casa toda vez que vamos para este lugar. A Casa é bem rustica e boa, banheiros com chuveiro top! a cosinha bem equipada e varios colchões novos, a sala é muito gostosa e ventilada, tudo com telinha e a churrasqueira fica de frente para o mar. super recomendo!

A localização é excelente, a casa fica a poucos metros da praia. A praia tranquila, linda e pudemos ficar isolados de tudo, maravilha! O condomínio tem uma paisagem linda, muito agradável! O Wi-Fi funciona bem, pude trabalhar tranquilamente. A casa no geral é ótima.

Tivemos uma excelente estadia, o anúncio reflete exatamente como é a casa. Único ponto negativo foi para o Microondas que não estava funcionando e como tinha bebê na casa, foi necessário esquentar mamadeira e papinhas no fogão. Fora isto tudo excelente, voltaremos com certeza.

Melhor casa na praia que eu e minha família já ficamos. Casa espaçosa, equipada, e a localização é incrível. A área externa é um show à parte, muito lindo. A praia de Guaecá é uma das mais limpas que já vi, a água é cristalina e uma delícia pra curtir o mar. Nosso grupo tinha de bebê a idoso, e todo mundo adorou. O proprietário e a caseira foram sempre muito prestativos quando tínhamos dúvidas. Recomendo sem dúvida nenhuma e espero poder voltar em breve.
